There are many ways to search for listings. Here is a brief explanation of each search option. Begin your search by selecting one of the tabs at the top of the page.

Map Search takes you to a map of all searchable areas. To begin, click on the area you would like to search. This takes you to a more detailed map.

When this new map appears, you can begin to narrow your search.

1. Click on the map to select a search area. From this map, you can either view your search results by clicking Search, or you can continue to narrow your search area.

2. Continue clicking until your desired area appears. From this map, click to zoom in on a specific area. Each additional click zooms in to a smaller geographic area. The number of properties available in your current map view is shown above the map.

3. Select property price and features below the map.

4. When you are satisfied with your geographic area and/or property features, click Search to view your results.

Other Map Search functions:

This feature allows you to zoom in or out of your current map view. The – button zooms out to show a larger area. The + button zooms in to show a smaller, more detailed area.

Click the Reset Map button to return to the original map without clearing all your price and feature selections.To clear the entire form and start over, click the Clear Search button in the bottom portion of the page.

The directional arrows (N, S, E. W) are clickable. Click on one of the arrows to pan the map in that direction.

Area Search takes you through a series of dropdown location selections. After you make your area selections, choose your desired features and click the Search button to perform your search.

School District Search allows you to search for active listings in a particular school area or district. Not every county, city and neighborhood has a corresponding school district with the same name. For instance, the Oakville school district may incorporate the cities of Oaktown and Oakville.

Subdivision Search allows you to search particular subdivisions for listing that match your search criteria. Note: The subdivision field includes only the names of the subdivisions that have listings.

Radius Search allows you to find properties within a given distance of your selected starting point. After selecting a starting point, select the radius distance and the property criteria. The search returns all properties that meet the search criteria, within the selected radius.

After you perform a search, you can edit that search by clicking Edit Search on the Search Results page.

This feature offers you alternative listing searches. To view the other listing types, click on the drop-down box.

If you want to save your search criteria, click Save This Search. This allows you to view your results at a later time. If you haven´t registered with our Web site, you will be asked to do so to save your search.

If your new home must have a certain set of features, and you get no results, you can save that search and be notified by email when a listing comes on the market that matches all your necessary features. To do so, click Save This Search. If you haven´t registered with our Web site, you will be asked to do so to save your search.

Quick Search allows you to locate results by entering specific search criteria, such as MLS number.
